Colours of Life Sermon Series

As we begin a new year together, we do so with gratitude for God’s faithfulness and with a renewed sense of purpose.

In 2026, Soul Revival Church will be shaped by a simple rhythm: mission and discipleship.

We will begin the year with a focus on Mission in Term 1, with the intention of prayerfully equipping ourselves to live and speak the good news of Jesus in everyday life to friends, families, neighbours, workplaces, and communities.

Our first sermon series of 2026 will be based on the Jesus beads Colour of Life…

The Colours of Life:

🟢 Green — God made the world, and it was good.

Creation belongs to God. Gen 1:1

⚪ White — We were made to live in God’s light.

Humanity was created for friendship with God. Gen 1:27

⚫Black — We turned away into darkness.

Sin brought separation, suffering, and death. Rom 3:23

🔴 Red — Jesus gave his life for us.

Through the cross, forgiveness and peace are offered. Rom 5:8

🟡 Yellow — New life and eternal hope.

By the Spirit, we live now with hope forever. Eph 1:13-14

In Terms 2 and 3, our focus will be on growing as disciples of Jesus, deepening our understanding of God’s word and learning to follow Christ together with faithfulness and maturity.

As we move toward the end of the year, Term 4 we will renew our focus on Mission, inviting others to hear and respond to the hope we have in Christ as we approach Christmas. My prayer is that this year would be marked not by busyness, but by faithfulness.
